CANCELLATION & RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
For any reason, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer care team.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund within 7 working days from the date the cancellation request is approved.
14 Days Product Return Policy
Being a customer-first brand, Himalayan Organics stands behind the quality of its products.
If you are not satisfied with the product for a genuine reason, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Terms & Conditions for Return/Refund
- Customers must contact our customer care team to initiate a return request
- Return can be for full or partial order
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- The seal of the product/bottle must remain intact
- Product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, and labels
Important:
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return/refund
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team
- The company reserves the right to reject or partially approve refunds if the product does not meet return conditions
Acceptance of Agreement:
By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (“User”) and the Company.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be available on the Website.
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse of offers, or bulk/abnormal ordering patterns.
Damaged / Incorrect Product Policy
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must share clear images and unboxing video proof
Without proper proof, the request may not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact customer care to raise request
- Ship product to the address mentioned below
- Once received, product will undergo inspection
- Refund/replacement will be processed post approval
Return Shipping
- Zero shipping charges in case of approved returns
- If return is not due to brand error, shipping cost may be borne by the customer
Refund Process
- Refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval
- The complete process may take up to 21 business days
Refund Mode
- Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method (Card / UPI / Wallet)
- COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Customers must provide correct bank details for COD refunds.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement request must be raised within 14 days of delivery
- Subject to product availability
- Replacement will be shipped only after the returned product is received and approved
Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a customer is unavailable or fails to accept delivery:
- The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
- Refund will be processed after deduction of applicable shipping charges
International Orders
- Returns and refunds are not applicable for international orders
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
